I remember waking up and not been able to look at myself in the mirror, my ears were so heavy and my sight was dull. But, I knew the problem with my eyesight, lack of sleep and staring at the laptop screen for too long (This is coming up in my post "What My Laptop took From Me In 3 Months")...

So, do you have any eye problem right now or anything happening to your eyes and you want an answer to it..

Using a laptop for long not only affects your eyes it also affects your sleep which makes it worse... I advice you do what I do, that is wearing dark shades when using your laptop and prevent the usage from messing with your sleep, in other words schedule.

But I think the great eye specialist boiz2men knows better..

heavy and gluey eyes (when you wake) occur as a result of bacterial infections...... using laptop or anything that has potential or emitting radiations for a long time pose a great risk to eyesight but wearing of shades isnt the best way.. theres somthing we call AR coating... it reflects all lights as the name suggest and gives a cool view of whatever you see.... try to visit an eye specialist for more info
