Mop up means that the northern youth are planning to take laws into their own hands to determine the fate of Igbos they deem to be "stubborn" to use their own words. That's all I need to know. Whether they plan on using guns and bombs , or poisoning the water or whatever is immaterial. They will not be allowed to succeed. The Igbo are ready to leave the north the minute our country is granted us, not a minute earlier. The entire world is invited to watch events as they unfold.
