Great12m: You should also consider the components of the IGR. Civil service states generate huge revenues from PAYE tax. People who live in Oyo and Ogun but work in Lagos pay some rates to their state of residence. property developers who cater for such workers also pay huge property rate fees. Soon Kaduna will begin to reap the benefits of people living in Kaduna and working in Abuja. |
