Igbos who are qualified will be foreign investors and expatriates. If you are an Ifeanyi Ubah or even a medium scale trader at Alaba your investment will speak for you. If you are a professional and your company needs you it will get a work permit. A new country like yours will need all the investments and revenue it can get.

Only Lagos will be able to do small shakara. Osun state will in particular be very happy to get foreign investments. No be by mouth

foreigners don't have any right to stay in any country unless they are permitted to. even when they are permitted, what they can do is restricted. restricted in time, property, land etc. why do people nationalize? there are still slight differences between original citizens and nationalized ones. go and read the Constitution of any country.

There is a difference between gaining independence and Secession. You can't call someones country a zoo and continue living in it. It's pretty ironic agitating for biafra while living in Lagos.
