yes the north feels there is no unity n determination amongst the agitators, therefore they can easily break their ranks n weather the storm, but if all the agitators can jointly in strong terms makes it clear to the core north that if there is no restructuring then they are all ready for break up,the north will see the danger of isolation n accepts dialogue.
