This is one of the people that lie to US congress not to sell arms to fight terrorism in Nigeria. Deceiving the U.S. that Nigeria army will abuse; they not knowing that his intention is he doesn't want this government to defeat terrorism so that the people will say APC has failed in its campaign promises.

There is no big deal abt dis to people living in western world . But it something to myopic Nigerians who haven't been to the Airport. If you live abroad it's a matter of making an appointment to see your local MP and you will be attended to. Write letter to your MP he or she will reply you. Easy. Even if you write a letter to the Queen of England she will reply u.
You think it's Nigerian where ordinary councilor turn himself to gods and be surrounded by mopol which you can't see.
It's also a big deal to the peter Obi himself bicos he knows it was not possible for ordinary man to see him when he was a governor.

Don't mind them, they celebrate everything.
Ryan can't give Obi NADA! He can't even mention anything biafra in the house, that even is if he listens to anything he has to say. What you are seeing is a sight too common, when you give campaign donation, you then get a photo op and a signed picture too, and this is Obi's turn. Paul Ryan who just got re-elected last year is currently fighting for his political future over the healthcare that failed with his colleagues asking him to.step down from being the speaker. He has another healthcare bill that is pending, one that will make or break gop members in 2018. These are things keeping Ryan up at nights, not some "ok I appreciate your contribution, just let's get this picture over with already" mumu shot.

Kwankwaso wickedness towards southerners especially Igbos was not hidden during his term as the Governor of Kano State. What we can never forget is the Luxury bus bombing.Before the bomb blast, Kano state Government announced that Islamic School will be established on the location of the Luxury Bus Park along new road Sabon-Gari kano. Association of luxury bus owners of Nigeria kano branch (ALBON) protested and took the matter to court.The Kano State Government started work at the entrance of the park thereby restricting movement in and out to only one. Suddenly the ill fated bomb blast stuck, making it difficult for this buses to exit. When he was governor, he never condoled with the victims; instead he used his agents to play down number of those who lost their lives during that tragic attack in Kano. Kwankwaso also refused to visit the scene of that incident. Feelers are talking about the state government culpability in the said bomb attack Is this the type of Man we need as President. A core bigot? He tried to annihilate us, Karma must deal with him while we watch him.

There is nothing 'progressive' about the dems. Their party of today has lurched far to the left on social issues and abandoned the working class coalition built by FDR to fend for themselves (and as potential easy pickings for republicans), while the party elites hobnob with the top 1% in the corporate, media and entertainment industries. Ironically, the dems used to be the party of the worker while the GOP, the top 1%. Then came Trump. He staged a hostile takeover and dragged that off them with his 'jobs! jobs! jobs!' mantra without them even noticing. They were more concerned about 'bathroom wars', 'rainbow love', climate change and the likes.

I can assume Obi went there last year to witness the convention and possibly see one or two former colleagues of his from his time doing a course up there in the NE, which is the hub of elite liberals.

I modelled his ideology as more or less conservative based on his track record during his time as governor.

Maybe the use of "US" in this regards is overrated. A white man maybe better than you in miles but I can categorically tell you without mincing words that an average white man isn't better than me given equal stance.

Haven't you seen or heard a Nigerian breaking records academically in the US Universities?
Check out their medical science, IT, Engineering, Nuclear power, Autos/aeronautics,.... You ll surely find a Nigerian leading the line.

If your argument is based solely on the deteriorating scheme of things in Nigeria, I'll understand but saying a white man is better than a Nigerian is understatement...
