Thanks AZeD1.
My concern with this is I don't want the misrepresentation to come up at all. So the VO will not use side eye to look at my future application. embarassed cry

In addition, I had filled all mine and my spouse's details. I only noticed the error when I got reference letter from organization.

No harm has been done. reject ITA edit your profile to reflect the correct information, sit back for new ITA. You don't have any reason to be apprehensive, except you have concerns about other things.

He cannot because EE makes it mandatory that you have to be in full time paid employment. Part time work whilst schooling will not suffice.

But this is not true sir

Thanks for your advise. I checked it and saw a points difference of only 15 points between using an MSc and BSc for education. Not sure how this translates to other sections.

That's all you lose 15 points. What was the score without the MSc is it up to 430-450?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by optionese: 2:51pm On Jun 28, 2017
Chimnauvsky:
Thanks @Algbenguze. I have done the calculation and got 579 points. I guess its safe to proceed rather than wait, right?

You have definitely miscalculated. Your score has to be within 400-470(cos am assuming you don't have a job in Canada)
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Chimnauvsky: 2:52pm On Jun 28, 2017
Yes, I have family with PR.
XX01:

You can proceed and hope you get ITA with only your BSC. If you don't, you can include the MSc once it is ready. But recheck your scores. The 579 seems to be on the high side except you have Canadian experience, schooling or family?

Pls I would like to find out if there is still hope for someone with a CRS score of 362. This is my 2nd IELTS and it stillamounted to 362.

I don't know if I should apply for a remark or just take this as a sign to bow out of this relocation pursuit. I've been devastated since the result came out. It's just so annoying after all the efforts and money spent on WES and other things.

My 1st score is LRSW 7.5, 7, 6.5, 8
The 2nd is LRSW 7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 7
Hubby score is LRSW 5, 5, 5.5, 6.5

My age is 34.

Try and apply for a remark. If your Listening is upgraded to 8, you should get up to 400 or more which at least could fetch you Ontario nomination. And why didn't your hubby take his ielts test seriously? Even if he isn't the PA he shouldn't have relaxed to get 5's...men can be so annoying.

Not surprised by the draw; the system maintenance notice gave me an hint but didn't expect the cutoff to jump to 449 so quickly.

Applicants with siblings (PR/Citizens) have flooded the pool!

Hello everyone.
I am new on this forum and I wish I had come here sooner. I have already submitted my application but I am a bit worried about finances. Does anyone know what exchange rate is used to calculate required amount. Is it the exchange rate on the day you submitted or that of the day your application was processed?
For example, maybe on the day I submitted, the naira equivalent of the amount I needed was 4million and on the day the financial side of my account was being evaluated, the naira equivalent rose to 4.3million because of inflation. Would I get rejected because of this?

First of all, what's your medical line? If age is on your side, you might have good scores! Why BC PNP? (any reason?).
Have you calculated ur score on crs tool?
I'm a radiographer ( medical radiation technologist in cananda) I chose BC PNP because of high demand of health workers in the province.
Using the CLB9, I had 441. Hopefully my ielts score will be that good. Please can you advise on the acct issue also? Thanks

Now wouldn't that be grand!

Obviously not but there'll be deposits of lump sums. Thanks for commenting.

Everything should not be much of a concern, I'm just trying to be as careful as I should have been from the beginning.

I haven't really given Australia a thought cos I don't know so much about the place and the research I did showed that standard of living there is not so fantastic coupled with high discrimination. Don't know how true this is though.

Not surprised too.

This is perhaps the highest extent people with siblings and French can push cut off mark.

The main issue for me now is how soon further draws will come. Going by some analysis, CIC is short of about 25k invitations from FSW for 2017 target, and they only need 7 or 8 draws of about 3500 to fill it up; this may mean only 1 draw per month till the end of the year. Monthly draws means the pool is filled up with more people, so CRS cut off in the lower 400s may not happen.
What do I know anyway.
I just hope there is a draw next week at low 400s.
Let's stay positive people!

lol @ Applicants with siblings (PR/Citizens) have flooded the pool! grin

Anyway, do not despair. From my analysis of the candidates in the pool, the draw points will still drop by next draw. Except there is a prolong delay again like this one.

Congrats to all ITA recipients. Will be joining u guys in July by God's grace. IQAS do oooo wink

I take exception to this comment of yours. The fact that I chose to post on nairaland and seek guidance doesn't give you the right to insult me or my husband. Like IELTS is the true test of overall intellectual capacity of an individual. Rubbish
