Dudeweedlmao:OIL RUNS OUT MATE. OIL IS BASICALLY THE REMAINS FROM DEAD ANIMALS FROM THE DINOSAUR AGE. IT WILL RUN OUT AND THE OYINBO KNOW NIGERIA OIL WILL SOON RUN OUT. THEY SAID IT MANY YEARS AGO. DUBAI HAVE USED THEIR ONE TO DEVELOP INFRASTRUCTURE & TOURISM. NIGERDELTA HAVE USED THEIR ONE TO DESTROY THEIR ENVIRONMENT. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CLEAN WATER TO DRINK, FARM LAND AND FISH IN THEIR RIVERS BECOS OF OIL. THEIR POVERTY WILL BE ON SHOW FOR THE WORLD TO SEE IN THE FUTURE.

AS FOR THE OGONI, KEN SARO WIWA WAS HANGED BY THE SAME PEOPLE THAT HE SUPPORTED TO COMMIT GENOCIDE AGAINST THE IGBO. THAT IS A RECORD FOR WHICH WE WILL FOREVER REMEMBER THE OGONI. THERE LAND IS ONE OF THE WORST HIT WITH THE NEGATIVE EXTERNALITIES OF OIL EXPLORATION. WAT NEXT MY PEOPLE. WILL THE IGBO NOW BE UR BROTHER AND FRIEND? |

oil that you don't have the power to control over the price. There are solid minerals littered all over the country but they won't put on there thinking cap on how to harness them instead they will fold there hands and wait till month end then all road leads to abuja. |

9jakohai:we still export. Nigeria still makes export. The problem is not diversification. Revenue from oil and little exports here and there is enough to take us to do next level. Dubai used theincome from oil to build the tourism industry and other. Now, see where they are. What other industry/sector have we developed after almost 50 years of Oil exploration. It's step by step. When one gets to a level, you would have the strength, experience an resources to get to the next level. Sadly, that's not the case with Nigeria because we can't manage the present resources we have already but want to be like America and China over night even as corruption has its strong hold. For our information, The Chinese fought corruption with their last strength till they got it right. Now, I don't mean the type we "claim" to be fighting in Nigeria. The type where once there is an evidence you are killed the next minute is what I am talking. |

hammer6:They're the most stupid set of nigerians. They claim that the igbos want to colonise them because of their oyel (oil that's fast running out of relevance), the same oil which is now being predicted to dry up in the next 25-30 years. Now my question is this, what will be their fate by then? A people that have become very lazy over the years as a result of so much free oyel money. How can they cope with that sudden change after the oil is no more? My guess is this, they will resort to selling their lands and properties to the ever buoyant igbos, the same igbos that they betrayed, denied, detested over the years, will be the ever willing buyers of these properties. Thus, the same igbo colonization that they have always dreaded will happen before their glaring eyes. [/b] |
