Please my TECNO L5 is not responding to SIM card again.

The actual problem is that once I insert a SIM it will hang for about 4 minutes and the next thing I will see is that the phone is rebooting itself from "android is upgrading"

But if I switch on without any SIM card inside it, it will not do anything. If I input SIM card it will start rebooting itself.

Please, help out

Hello @hamedade2000 Go to SETTINGS, scroll down & click on APPS; Tap the 3-dotted icon at the top - a pop up will appear. Now click on RESET APP PREFERENCES. Check for changes. If there's none, click on Hot-spot settings, then Reset OOB. Or Look for Font Manager or Babel Font & uninstall the updates. One of these should do it.

thanks a lot. It solved alot of problems too. My phone is no longer getting hot, the battery is charging now while using and it's not longer draining fast. Thanks for the help
