You can do your masters in Education at National Open University of Nigeria. They accept so far it's second class lower.

I'm afraid no any federal university in Nigeria will accept you, 2.2 on 3.00 is the entry requirement for any master.
anything less than 3.00 will have to do Post graduate diploma first, before going for msc

U can go for it. Even OAU will take it I am sure about that. But it will only be possible in OAU if u had graduated from their school.

You can't go for masters direct, 2.4 as second class lower is very true.

I know people from LASU that graduated with 2.40 and they were all awarded a second class lower division.
