you are using global rom which was meant for n4 Snapdragon, because n4x don't have its own dedicated global rom that's why the name is n4 even if you using n4x

Nna, why 3 month? Am not even sure u can see refund collect after this long again. Next time, make sure to check ur post office like 10 days after that last update u are seeing. 4px is a fast method of shipping anytime i use it, even faster than Singapore post. Good luck with ur refund

go to the nearest nipost office to address you used in AliExpress, ask them for the package if it's not there then open dispute sharp sharp.... the shipping company the seller used don't have tracking number

I had a similar experience with my Umidigi Z Pro. It packed up after 20 minutes. I sent it back and received a full refund ..........

Shipping was delayed, it took abt a month before the phone arrived. I contacted seller he said their warranty period was 3wks. We argued back and forth my brother nothing changed. The mistake I made was I already confirmed the product b4 it packed up. So here I am with a dead Umidigi
