Those burnt plantain knuckles are the tell tale signs, and no matter how much she is now trying to make it appear like it's natural by advertising her shoulders, stretch marks and all, it still doesn't change the price of oil or the fact that she is bleaching. Even looking at her feet will confirm this.

I think she no longer bleaches.

Bad thing about bleaching the skin is, the damage and bad effects still remain even if you stop.
