I won't commend them because they're forced to do it. No Nigerian soldier will do this when civilians are available without being coerced. Did you see smile on their face?
What do you have to say about the banner as well?

Nice one, I admire the Army. . Oh by that I meant United states Army.

For those saying these Buratai men are on punishment, you judged quite wrongly.

I repeat, you judged wrongly.

I saw a group of Soldiers gathered together in their uniforms this morning in Kogi State as well this morning. Besides their punishments is restricted to the barracks majorly.

They're on punishment. If you've ever lived in the army barracks you'll know what I'm talking about. When soldiers commits an offense, they're locked up in a guard room for some weeks or months depending on the gravity of the offense. Sometimes they'll bring them out of the guardroom and given some chores by senior officers as punishment. The chores varies, it could be sweeping, washing officers cars, mowing lawns, cutting grass after which they'll return to the guardroom. I saw these things while living in the army barracks. Forget about the banner you see there, there's no way officers will come out for sanitation when there're able bodied offenders in the guardroom. NO WAY
Whether from guard room or bed room they're soliders of the Nigerian Army and this looks beautiful to the eye. I Salute!

I will wait for the day I will see our legislathieves doing such things on democracy day grin

God bless the Nigerian Armed Forces.

These officers and men lay down their lives so that some unintelligent Nairalanders can have the freedom to be alive and type rubbish online.
Abeg spare us that! Were they forced? They voluntarily signed for it

The caption reads:
Nigerian Army Day Celebration (NADCEL) 2017 Sanitation Exercise.

But that is not enough for you because you supposedly lived in the barracks
and have to make up a theory to satisfy your negative mind.

Nigerian soldiers are a bunch of unprofessional buffons, nobody is impressed with all this eye service they are doing. They should send their jobless ass to the farm and let them help feed the nation and justify their paycheck instead of constituting a nuisance all over the place.

this is no punishment, these guys look way to dressed up to be under punishment. Except things have changed, punished is usually done within the barracks.

Guy, what they are doing is called "voluntary social responsibility" they won't go as far as printing banner to cover up, I grew up in the barracks too, this is not the first time they organize such outing.

Oga calm down. Irrespective of what u may have seen,u should know that the Nigerian Army as part of its army day celebration activities, organises sanitation (where they go outside their barracks and clear dirt 4rm the road),and also organise free medical aid for people. So,this is beyond punishment and guardroom issue.
