If yes, how did you handle it?

I am thinking of releasing the text of my strongly worded complaint to Fiverr for adoption by all and sundry, it is hoped that if quite a number of us can complain when they do this they can adjust the process to ensure that such refunds are not processed until the seller's side of the story is heard.

If I can get 100 likes, it will mean it is a general problem and I will release it, if not, then I will not bother.

Update, since this post I have accumulated over 10 cancelled orders worth almost $1,000.00, Fiverr is not a fair marketplace, Customer Service will cancel any order they feel like without recourse to you hiding behind their Terms of Use as a shield.

Just make as much as you can from the platform and get out of there and invest in something you have greater control over, no point expecting fairness or the rules of natural justice to be observed.

What is worse, they don't give sellers the courtesy of an explanation, the link they provide to view the reason for the cancellation points to a dead end.

I see why CS could have seen this as you possibly trying to bend the rules to get multiple reviews to boost your profile, buyer creating multiple profiles just to order from you is definitely a red flag.

I have heard of sellers breaking orders into smaller amounts without problems, i think you should contact CS to clarify the situation.
