The rider should go to jail for manslaughter but am sure the family would be given a paltry amount and coerced not to pursue the case further.

Modified - if both are truly dead, the rider killed someone with his recklessness.

You don't even know the definition of cruising...an i4 car can conveniently cruis at 80 km, while a v6 car at 110km/h and a v8 at 130km/, now.. Tell me a Kawasaki ninja h2r can't cruise at 200km/h

The kawasaki Ninja h2 and h2r is a street legal bike clocking 400km/h in 26 sec, it is lightweight with reinforced super aerodynamic carbon fiber body parts.

The only thing is know when and where to put it down.

the sound of the bike alone should be enough for the victim to know a bike is approaching ! you can even sense the speed by hearing the sound , bike is not a car, you dont have to honk! though I'm not blaming anyone cos I wasnt there.

Looks like a bridge...so why was the pedestrian crossing at that point. The biker wasn't expecting a crosser on a bridge so he throttled...that's my take. God knows best.

I wish you could come outside your body & read the entire gibberish you just put on the internet to display your ignorance to the future generations. Stock Sports bikes (that you call powerbikes) are designed to go directly to the racetrack from the factory. However, the bikes require that you have a decent brain functioning in your head. This functioning brain would tell you, no racing on public roads & ATGATT (all the gear, all the time) .
