Just delete the details from your post ITA application form and you will be fine. I did the same and did not have any issues with it.

winter:
pls people i need advise.

So my husband has a step sibling in Canada, we didnt get points for it though when we got our ITA.
After claiming relative in Canada and step sibling agreed to send us docs to prove relationship.

Time to upload doc, step sibling changed his mind about sending us docs. That they are sensitive and he can't just send them to us anymore :O

Please what do we do? How do we address this issue? We have a few days left to submission.
I am the PA

Thanks for your urgent response

Cecegal:
Update people,

After 10weeks i have received feedback on my EOR for my March 25th 2017 IELTS:Scores were:LRWS:877.5,6.5 There was no way I was going to accept a 6.5 in speaking this was my second IELTS I had a 7.5 in my first speaking I wasn't even as prepared as I was for this.I was very confident that I had done well in my speaking and in being pessimistic should at least have a 7.

Imagine my shock and surprise when I received my TRF with a 6.5 in speaking I knew I had to contest that particular score now in other not to bore you further my EOR came back and my speaking was bumped from 6.5 to 8.That's more than an entire band I keep wondering what was running through the mind of the Nigerian man who examined me that day which made him conclude I deserved a 6.5,I wrote the April 8th as well and had an 8 in speaking.

You see these BC Nigeria people let's just say I leave them for God.

If you ever have any doubts regarding your results please do not hesitate to remark it might take time but it's better than never knowing still waiting on EOR for April 8th remarking Writing 6.5 as well and as I mentioned before it wasn't my best writing but let's see how it goes.

#Okbyelemmegoanupdatemyprofile

I think he only examined you, it is a possibility that another person graded you. Notice there was a recorder on. After my speaking exam, I was about speaking to my examiner, he gestured for me to move close to the door, open and lock it as if I stepped out. Afterwards,he told me they do not grade, theirs is to conduct the exam and record. They conduct it all over the country too...anywhere, anytime ....

@winter.
We used Translation Agency of Ontario (www.taontario.ca). They charged around $50 the document we translated. They are certified and give the affidavit CIC requires. Just know that for any document you translate you MUST upload as one pdf:
1. The document in its original language
2. The translation
3. The affidavit of translation given to u by the people that translated it for u.

It took about 2 days to be ready. Just sent a mail with the document, and they prepared it and sent back to us.
Go through the site sha

Some schools do issue out student copies of transcripts. For instance, I know that FUTA does , at least at the Masters level for 5k.

I seriously doubt it. Ideally, Transcript shouldn't even be in your possession; that's why it's only provided directly by the institution and addressed to a 3rd party.

Hello house. I have a LLB law and B.L law.

My university degree which is LLB law gives me an Eca equivalent of first professional degree and I don't need to evaluate the B.L. Filling my EE profile should I indicate my LLB law as my most recent study. I did not mention my B.L(law skool certificate) at all as am not claiming points for it

Thanks. I guess we assumed the copy of PR card is needed. Its all good. Our faith is in God.. Some people who reviewed and uploaded all thier documents still got rejected. In all, I would say, do your part and let God have his way.

This whole CIC process can give one sleepless nights if you allow it, the best is to trust God and do ur best. I would come back here to share my PPR testimony cheesy
,

And to this i say a big AMEN!!
(It is not of him that willeth or runneth but of HE that showeth mercy.)

No, no transcript. Just a little worried about putting the two small envelope together in one BIG ENVELOPE, I hope they won't reject it on that basis?

No they wouldn't, just label properly so there won't be a mix up

Hi - welcome on-board! This is the DIY site where you get practical, first-hand knowledge / info about the FSWP process....I guess this intro knocks out your question about getting an agent. No agent can fill your forms for you the way you would do yourself. So, agents are a No No - we don't encourage them here. cheesy

I'll advise you start reading this thread from page [0]...read as much pages till you have an idea of the process - then return with tailored questions.

I don't know of any what's app group - and to be honest, I don't think its necessary. All you need is here...

All the best!

You don't need a reference letter since it's not listed as part of your work history (i.e you're not claiming points for it)

Hi Dami - I have no problem with you contacting me privately, but I'll advise you against it. Reason is (1) If you post your questions here other learned people can help - I may not be in the position to give you the best answer you see (2) private messaging doesn't help the thread. If everyone posted privately, then even I wouldn't have learnt all I have learnt in the past 3 months. Lets support and help each other by speaking here. However, if you still feel you want to send me a private message.... Tor, it's up to you. I will respond to the best of my knowledge.

Don't worry too much about the agent - people on this thread have passed through agents claws and have come out victorious.

Hello Dami, first things first, remove any form of fear you think you have, it will only slow you down, I will suggest you read the first few pages of this thread to see how things work generally, you can also read about express entry on the CIC website, this may take a couple of days or weeks, but you will thank yourself you did. Just be patient!!

Hello house. I read this forum religiously to know every info needed....and it has really been helpful. But I have a rather bothering case which I think is kinda peculiar to me. My wife is the PA. All her documents has her first name Chiamakam but while doing her passport five years ago, it was done as Chiamaka. Only noticed this while preparing to jump in the EE Pool. We already did an affidavit for the change of name by marriage. What can we do about the absence of the "m" in the passport name? Will another affidavit suffice?
Pls help..... Any and every comment, yab, diss is very much welcomed as this point.
Thanks

Please tell us what stage you are right now...and what sort of contract you have signed with the agent + what phase the agent is with your application. The last thing you want to do is create a new EE profile (on your own) when the agent has an active profile running for you. Just give us an idea of the issue so we can throw you a life buoy in the middle of this big sea smiley
