Before I proceed, Please let’s pray – In the Mighty name of JESUS, Father in Heaven we worship you, we exalt your Holy name. Thank you for your Love, Thank you for your compassion, Thank you for your Almightiness, Thank you for your Mercy. All Glory Be To Your Holy name. In the name of JESUS, I plea the Blood of JESUS upon this environment and take authority from Heaven upon every forces of darkness operating in this environment in Jesus’ Name. Please O’Lord, minister your word to us via this medium to your Glory Alone in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

When asked “Are you a CHRISTIAN”? It’s quite unfortunate many of us do NOT hesitate to profess ‘Yes, I am a Christian’ without exhibiting the CHARACTERS, LIFESTYLE, BEHAVIOURS and VIRTUES of a CHRISTIAN by being Like Our Lord Jesus Christ in Our daily living and lifestyle.

Looking at the lives of some CHRISTIANS and ALL of US that bears that title of being a CHRISTIAN, the way we live OUR lives as a CHRISTIAN – I asked myself if truly we still Love God.
Do We Truly Love This Beautiful God? This is a Question only you can provide an answer to.
John 14 verse 15 says “If you love me, obey my commandments” (NLT). Jesus Christ made this statement Himself. If we Love God, We will obey HIS commandments.

Jesus Christ continued in Verse 21 of John 14 by saying “Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them.” It therefore means that WE don’t LOVE GOD if we don’t ACCEPT and OBEY God’s commandments BUT can truly Love HIM if we ACCEPT and OBEY His commandments. Please read verse 24 of John 14 (NLT).

And What are God’s COMMANDMENTS?
Among the Commandments are the Ten (10) Commandments of God – These are listed below:

1. I am the Lord thy God! Thou shalt have no other Gods but me!
2. Thou shalt not take the Name of the Lord thy God in vain!
3. Thou shalt keep the Sabbath Day holy!
4. Thou shalt honor father and mother!
5. Thou shalt not kill!
6. Thou shalt not commit adultery!
7. Thou shalt not steal!
8. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor!
9. Do not let thyself lust after thy neighbor’s wife!
10. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s house, nor his farm, nor his cattle, nor anything that is his!

It’s no news that some of us CHRISTIANS have ‘killed’ people in our thoughts, with our spoken words, with our behaviour, with our lifestyle and also with the way we dress all in the name of FASHION – Oh yes, I mean with our dress. Ofcourse, the primary purpose of wearing cloth (dress) is to cover our unclothedness but it’s quite alarming that this purpose is being defeated – You see cases of some person going for an event with a dress that exposes their cleavage, you see someone in an event with almost a transparent dress without a bra, You see a new jean trousers being cut all in the name of FASHION. Remember that you have already ‘killed’ and committed a SIN for anyone you have made to lust after you (or others) by the reason of your salacious dressing all in the name of FASHION.
Many of US Christians have made our cars, children, fame, wealth (money), career, titles, awards, gold, phones to be Our IDOL without some of US even knowing it, all in the name of being a CELEBRITY and what I can’t even find a word for now. Some people can be on a social networks like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp for donkey hours on a daily basis and they will find it entertaining, fascinating and interesting BUT ask those same people if they at least study their bible for let’s say uninterrupted 30minutes on a daily basis – I am sure the response will not be encouraging.

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Mark 8:36 KJV
If we all gain the whole world by acquiring the fame, the so called thirst of some people of being a CELEBRITY, the latest model of cars, the wealth, having the best collection of designers shoes, bags, cloths, houses built with gold, eat the best food (appropriate diet) in the world, travel to any country of your choice for vacation, own a private jet (s)………, And in all this lose your own soul – What shall it profit you, what shall it profit me? I pray to God Amighty that we will NOT gain the whole world and lose OUR own soul in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

1 Corinthians 6 verse 9-10 says:
9 Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, 10 or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 (NLT)

And Galatians 5:19 says:
19 When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, 21 envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
Galatians 5:19 (NLT)
I pray God Almighty will grant US the understanding of His WORD in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

I ask again, Do We Love God? Please Be Sincere To Yourself - Do We Truly Love HIM? The Creator of Heaven and the Earth, The Special One who has made US what We Are, The Almighty God, The King of kings, The Lord of lords, The I am That I am. The Ancient of Days, The Way Maker, The Mighty one in battle – The Unique one who walk upon the sea, The Excellent God who has kept us alive to see this day by His Mercy. Do you Love HIM?
Do we OBEY God’s commandments?
Without TOTAL and COMPLETE Obedience to GOD, Nobody will see the Lord.

Hebrew 12 verse 14 says
“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord”. My emphasis here is HOLINESS – which simply means TOTAL OBEDIENCE, without which No Man-No Woman Shall See HEAVEN - The KINGDOM OF GOD irrespective of your wealth, your fame, your status in the society, your talent, your achievements.

In the name of God, Please let’s personally and individually decide to serve GOD and obey HIS commandments in totality for the rest of OUR lives – Be rest assured that our little brain will not be able to fathom the WONDERS God is going to do in OUR lives – So Shall It Be in Jesus’ Name.

With the help of the Holy Spirit, All Will Be Well with US!
