why would u want to get a 40" 4k TV? i honestly don't think u will notice the 4k quality except u want to buy the one that has HDR 10 panel. my opinion sha

There are differences between HD quality and 4K Upscaled pictures. A 4K TV doesn't fully upscale HD images but slightly giving it a pure and brighter look. So getting a 4K without HDR pays well too( HDR TVs hasn't been pushed much for tokunbo yet as they are mostly 2016 models and above). Thanks
