Help me judge from the attached picture!

Have u tried Factory resetting it and carefully install Apks to know if any of the installed apks is d reason y it drains so fast?

Hi @gbolio4 You definately have to unroot your phone before running the update. Back up your files just in case. Please, do not root your device again after getting the update. It's not great for your phone.

The hotspot on my Infinix hot 4 doesn't come on.... I even had to update to the latest software but still no show.

Its a rogue 3rd party app thats causing it. Same happened to me and some other users. A thread was even opened by someone.
Try to uninstall updates for Babel Fonts and see if it works.

Mayb there is no 4G network in that area.
4g coverage is not everywhere like 3G
