So finally I went scan today @ 6weeks 1day and result says everything is fine except for one shocking news.



Two gestational sac seen and viable fotuses with a fetal pole in each, meaning I am a twin mama. God is exceptionally good to me what more can I say than to appreciate him.

well my question is lately I urinate frequently at midnight even b4 I get to d toilet it will start to trickle down.

den again I poo a lot too like twice in d morning.

I av painful abdominal pains dat comes ones a while maybe its her leg because of d position

Everything you are feeling is normal cuz your EDD is now so close. Mine was that my bladder would feel so full yet when I get to the toilet little or nothing would come out. I pray your baby turns soon. Goodluck

I've been to the hospital, and I have decided to change my HMO hospital.

Its official i hate female docs. This the first time a female doc would attend to me. She said with a bored look (and without symapthy) that the cramps may be a possible sign of miscarriage, if the baby would stay, it would, and if not i shouldn't worry myself. I mean, how can someone say that so easily.

I showed her my scan result..she said everything looks very fine and normal. so I shouldn't worry.

She said "alright bye", I'm like what? What about the painful cramps I said I experienced last night?

She said ok i should just not do anything stressful. Thats all? ok should she give me paracetamol? she asked me..

At that point, all I wanted to do was scratch her face with my nails.

I mean if you think its a sign of miscarriage, there should be something you would do to make sure it doesn't happen. Well, I don't know... Thats what I think

Anyway, I have spoken to God while laying my hands on my belly. My baby would be born full term..

Also, I haven't had cramps since then.. but I've started feeling nausetic every morning

Onegai I like your recent blog post, my manual breast pump is a disappointment to me , I'd been contemplating buying an electric breast pump for when my baby resumes daycare, she'd be nearly 5 months then, or whether to just switch to formula.

Hmmm. It is well. Whatever happens, it will surely end in praise.

You can still try some of these exercises hopefully the baby will still turn.

1. Lying on your back, put pillows about 10-12 inches under your hips for 10mins 3 times a day.
2. Get on your knees in a crawling position and rock your hips.
3. Get to a knee to chest position i.e get on your knees, with your hips in the air, your chest and head on the floor for about 15 minutes several times a day.
Talk to your baby. Play soft music around your abdomen/ cervix. Put cold things where the head is and warm things in the lower abdomen. Hope for the best.

You can still google for more tips. Whatever the outcome, be strong and courageous, God gat you.

With measuring tape o, at least das the one i know my doctor uses. The belly should measure about the same as the no of weeks you are, so when it measures smaller, a scan may be done to ensure that all is fine in there.

Good morning Mamas in the house please just noticed spotting this morning with no pain or discomfort . I am already 8 weeks now an I haven't done any scan hoping to that next week . Worried sick ,hubby saying I shouldn't worry but cant help it . Had a MC sometimes back.
Apart from the usual breast tenderness,fatigue ,frequent urination and high temp I haven't had MS .
Do I need to go to the hospital now or wait a while?

pele mama. try placing a hot towel on ur forehead towards d nose. u can do steam inhalation too. if u av no issues with ginger, u can also grate some, extract d juice wif hot water& add honey to it for drinking. this way, much of d phlegm will come out&then u feel some relief. hope this helps

ordinarily, it could be implantation spotting bt going by ur history, it's safe to visit d hospital asap. good luck to u ma'am

Try hot water with grated ginger plus original honey.
It could also be that your body is telling you that labor is near.
