I went for scan on tuesday and checked my baby's weight. My baby is measuring 2 weeks ahead...and his weight is 1.9kg (LMP.30weeks plus, 2nd scan 32weeks) is this weight okay abeg?

I checked google and the estimated weight for 32 weeks is 1.3kg, pls help me I'm worried,

I was told baby is breech, but doctor said I have nothing to worry abt cox that is normal.

Abeg make una helep me ooo.

I've already started taking Lipton with enough milk today, for fear of over weight, I want to knw if my lo's weight is in order abeg.

I may go for scan elsewhere, cox those slay queens in there, I didn't understand what they were doing sef, said they couldn't find the sex.

Good morning Mamas in the house please just noticed spotting this morning with no pain or discomfort . I am already 8 weeks now an I haven't done any scan hoping to that next week . Worried sick ,hubby saying I shouldn't worry but cant help it . Had a MC sometimes back.
Apart from the usual breast tenderness,fatigue ,frequent urination and high temp I haven't had MS .
Do I need to go to the hospital now or wait a while?

Re you sure is spotting or just old blood making its way out from your body? I have had three MC previously and this last one i started seeing old blood from 8 weeks up until 11 weeks with no cramp nor pain...They Gyno checked, ran a scan and everything looks ok. I am now 13 weeks gone and the blood has stopped......It might just be old blood making its way out. You can go for a scan to still reassure your confidence. I did not even have MS just little fever here and there too

as for the weight my baby was already weighing 1.2 at 27 weeks, I wonder what she will weigh now I'm almost 30weeks

Seems it's Braxton Hicks cos I goggled it yesterday when I was feeling it constantly.Though am not a first time mom but I still felt concerned when it was getting too much.

A healthy baby is what is important. Please eat and satisfy yourself. If you don't eat well, it is you that will lose weight and strength, your baby takes what he/she wants from your stored deposit of nutrients. The important thing is to avoid junk and eat healthy. But if you are hungry 10 times a day mama, eat. Lipton or whatever is not the solution to your problem. In fact you have no problem. You have a healthy baby growing as he/she should. Scan weight is an estimate, margin of error is plus or minus 0.2. You have absolutely nothing to worry about, EAT!

Easy with the lipton dear. Worry less..... The Last scan I did measured 1.1kg at 27 wks. I checked online and it shows baby weight should be around 900g. And I also heard scan results sometimes can be ahead by 200g (don't know if it's true tho) so I just settled my mind. If your doctor is not complaining why should you worry yourself. God is in charge

Onegai I like your recent blog post, my manual breast pump is a disappointment to me , I'd been contemplating buying an electric breast pump for when my baby resumes daycare, she'd be nearly 5 months then, or whether to just switch to formula.

So finally I went scan today @ 6weeks 1day and result says everything is fine except for one shocking news.



Two gestational sac seen and viable fotuses with a fetal pole in each, meaning I am a twin mama. God is exceptionally good to me what more can I say than to appreciate him.

Thank you @chijiuche , it's brownish and goggle said the same thing saying it's just old blood , and maybe as result of intercourse early this am. Hubby is officially on his own , no more activity in that area. It's a bit reassuring,watching to see any change sha . Hugs to you and misgyone .

pele mama. try placing a hot towel on ur forehead towards d nose. u can do steam inhalation too. if u av no issues with ginger, u can also grate some, extract d juice wif hot water& add honey to it for drinking. this way, much of d phlegm will come out&then u feel some relief. hope this helps

my first baby was a day before edd and the second was 3 days before.

my edd is tommorow and I don't have the slightest twinge or anything. I keep checking the due dates of does that have given birth already and feeling so low as their edd are all almost after mine.

God please answer me ooo. I am ready now .

To top it all, I have big babies so the more this one stays, the bigger it becomes.
