Anyway, my number one MOST beautiful state capital is CALABAR. My top ten are;

1, Calabar - Hills, lagoon, beautiful beach, beautiful tourist attractions and lush green areas

2, Port Harcourt - very impressive city view

3, Enugu - beautiful Hills, good roads with planted trees, etc
4, Ikeja - well planned, good roads with street lights, beautiful hotels, beautiful houses ets

5, Uyo- neat roads and modernized structures

6, Owerri - only the new areas are beautiful

7, Ibadan - beautiful houses on Hills, beautiful Lakes etc old areas na no go area.

8, Akure - neat roads, beautiful Hills, beautiful mountains, etc

9, Abakaliki - this city fear me with clean roads, clean 3 stories flats, flyovers, street lights etc Shuuuu! Very impressive

10, Gombe - I never go there before oo

What he means is the petro-industry in the PH and the SS basically feeds Nigeria. It's ridiculously absurd to compare them, except you're taking about the variety of industries, in which case Ogun has a lot.

But in terms of size and out put the oil industry beats every other Industry in Nigeria, even telecoms. You have to feel or see it for your self to understand.
