I think those Anambra dudes can engage you on this better.....

Rivers state is not in the leaque of Ogun...please...

even with all this argument.....
Rivers state will still end up feeding the whole nation including Lagos and Ogun state...

So let's stick to the topic of this thread....

After all Nigeria is richer than south Africa.... But South Africa is economically, politically, infrastructurally and socially viable than Nigeria...

Even with all the money this states get...ebony which is the least is still socially, infrastructurally and more beautiful than most of the States.

So let's stick to the available topic.

Nigeria GDP.....$500 billion

South Africa.....$300 billion
all your comments reeks of gross ignorance and unbridled arrogance. Which Benin? I have stayed in Benin and ibadan. And I can tell you Benin has no Business there. I would pick Zamfara and Sokoto ahead of it self. What annoys most about you is your twisted logic to promote Rivers as most industrialized. Number of industries in Ogun beat Rivers hands down. G,

Just stop deceiving yourself....all this areas you people are posting can not be seen by a visitor especially first time visitors....

if you are coming from ile ife road, what you see are brown roofs, if you are coming from lagos , what you see are brown roof,..if you fly to Ibadan..the Ariel view are all brown roof, so what are you saying and if you drive around Ibadan, what you see on the road sides are dilapidated houses.....so what are you trying to say

I am not trying to dispute the fact that Ibadan is beautiful.....but to compare with other state above her on that list..I think, she is more fitted and suited in the position she is occupying.

I will take this report to court oo. I hardly see my state there. This must be reversed and my state must be added to the list. I always hear it on radio and TV although I haven't seen it myself that The Ekiti has become small London. Don't let NY talkative governor hear about this report. Whoever come out with this report has been politicalism and am not going to accept this. I have trust in you before but not Bleep up completely. Lo! Fayose where are you.

Don't mind some people that have decided not to travel but prefer to always sit in one place to make assertions.....

This thread is not for that.....

when a thread is out for that, I can handle that issue constructively...

let's just stick to the topic.

I don't argue base on emotions and tribalism.....

like I said before,.... Nnewi is more popular to a non Nigeria than Ibadan and KANO.

Nnewi has a lot of business to do with China, Japan, Korea ,etc than Ibadan and KANO has.....

Even the people in Nigeria have no business to travel to Ibadan...traveling to Ibadan to do what?.

Nnewi attract more foreign and local visitors on daily basis than Ibadan and kano combined...

The mistake you are making is this. 40% of all the money in the allocations column from federal govt to all the states combined is from Rivers State but they call it allocation money. Don't let the name deceive you its from some where and that somewhere is Rivers State. Now go think about that!

Ibadan,
running splash of rust
and gold — flung and scattered
among the seven hills like broken
china in the sun. (J.P. Clark)

For the unpained and non tribalistic individual, have the gold:
