millionaireman:Whatever state you are from, I can assure you it does not have a better drainage system than Lagos. Believe me. Lagos, especially Lagos Island is a city on water. The drainage system is so good that water dries up minutes after rainfall. Flood cases like these where there is continous rainfall are inevitable. 6 Likes 1 Share |
