1.Have you really found out from the lady what she did to warrant such battering from the husband-Note that I am not supporting the husbands actions

2.have you tried to get to meet the husband to hear his own side of the story. With a view of proffering solutions to their marital problems?

Until you do the above before you can call any agency or lawyer to intervene,

No excuse warrants this inhuman act ..... you say she talks too much, she is abusive, blabla bla ....the man has done something to lead to that...... hence there should be a centre of reasoning between you both and should be initiated by the man as the head .
