We are all aware of this latest devevelopment about ALHAJI TEKNO giving out 5 million Naira to those who wanna run small businesses and also for sch stuffs.

I also want to participate but the problem is that I'm new to twitter, I don't even know how to send DM, I may not be the only one that is interested but don't know how send DM, when ever I try sending, the always tell me that the person must also follow me. The question I always ask is that those sending DM to TEKNO does it mean that he followed them?
please any useful info on how to send a twitter DM should be posted bellow.

you can't send him a DM probably because he'd av changed his SETTINGS..u have no other choice than to TAG, a gal tagged him her acc num yesterday. and he sent her 100k, it's not true that they must follow u back b4 u send a DM.. so just tag grin
