it's really been raining cats and dogs since 5am here in FCT , just stopped raining now, most of my flat mates no even go church Sefton, save for those mobile ones.

Houses built on low land area.

Its country like this where there is no order that people build houses on such land.

The land could have built up before selling it. Also a dam and levees could have been built. Those things are not failproof, but it's much better than what is currently present.

The rain started at about 11pm yesterday till 10.30am this morning
