And this is why there should be a provision for a referendum in the constitution so that when the President wants to circumnavigate the corrupt legislature he can go directly to the people instead of having his bill stuck in the house of representatives for several years because the corrupt legislators don't want it to see the light of day. Oh and why they are at it, the term of a house of rep member should be reduced to two years.
