Dear Mr Mike,


I am writing this from the deepest part of my heart, the part of my heart that's been maliciously damaged. Your Glo network is getting worse by the day. I can't chat properly on my whatsapp groups cos of the poor service I'm getting from Glo. I will be receiving messages but I can't send. my messages takes like 10 minutes to get delivered. It takes about 40 minutes to download a file of 20mb. Just tonight, my data refused connecting for about three hours....how more frustrated can one get? I was so mad that I had to call your costumer care line. I called trice n spoke with three different individuals. The first two couldn't help me. it was the third one that assisted me. I was charged 60naira for the call as each of them cost 20naira. how more shitty can a company get? must you charge your subscribers for speaking to costumer care agents? Even after I got connected to the internet, the network was crawling. I don't blame you entirely though because lackadaisical attitude towards work is the only way to know a Nigerian brand. poor costumer service is one of the qualities possesed by Nigerian brands and entrepreneurs. what's the essence of me getting 3.2gb data for 1k when I can't browse comfortably? you can reduce it to 2gb for 1k n offer us high speed. Glo is embarrassingly a disappointment. Why can't you see what Airtel is doing? can't you see how fast airtel grew? Why can't you offer us relatively affordable data plans with incredible internet speed? with the way Glo is, I'm sure you must be using MTN or the broke Etisalat. why can't you get the speed of Etisalat? please do something about Glo.

Anyway, I'm getting an Airtel sim tomorrow. I'm done with Glo. I can't manage a snail speed network all my life.....I wasn't born to manage.

If and when Adenuga sees this, I'm damn sure he would be surfing with an Etisalat modem cool

when he said glo "slow with pride" .. that network got me so angry that I had to chew d sim, swallow it and drank water with my 6gig inside

Glo Is so slow that i curse the owners anytime im browsing. im only attracted by the 7gb 2k data. the 4g speed of light is a dead mans game. 2g speed is even better.

That glo network is nonsense! In my house, for me to use 3G i have to move to the parlor, cos it won't work in the bed room. Although it still dey go with edge sha. If not that their data is the cheapest, Mehn, those guys would have been more bankrupt than Etisalat.

Not their fault tho! The Telco market isn't competitive enough. We all know their position and none of them is striving to be better. This mindset has killed innovation and betterment of services. All that we just hear from them is advert and promotions.

it's a temporary setback. Glo used to be poor in may but since mid june the network has worked perfectly. They are running upgrades i believe

i don't know about you all but I enjoy using Glo. They give me free airtime anytime I recharge and their data is cheap, what more am I looking for aside the fact that it is 100% Nigerian. grin grin

Gist me about them abeg

There is the Glo welcome back offer which gives you #6k worth of airtime after reactivating your line with a low as #150 if you haven't used it for a while, the Glo free data which gives you free data after you use #150 and 100mb.

Those guys really need to work on their cos like 1 in every two persons you ask about the network will give a bad report
