It is only fools that doesn't know that Buhari has been a monumental failure. The man is so empty and daft! He should resign already.
What baffles me is the fact that a learned professor of law cum RCCG pastor is projecting the man as being capable and intelligent. Anyway sha, lawyers are liars and RCCG parades all sort of pastors, so I'm not surprised by Osinbajo's incessant lies and false hopes.

Buhari sees nigerian as the north sees almajiris.

He sees nigerians as not important people.

It was obasanjo that led nigeria to this senseless situation.

Old cargo buhari was elected just to push the failed pdp away.
Obasanjo caused sixteen years failure of pdp.

Buhari once confessed that ECONOMICS confuses him.

If Economics confuses him why did he force himself to remain President despite his health challenges.

Why did he aspire in the first instance to be President of Nigeria.

Nonsense..........the guy contradicted himself in the write-up

First, the writer said Nigeria economy growing is not feasible and even compared it with the possibility of a cat thrown from 50storey surviving

In the concluding part, he claimed that Yemi Osibanjo is competent and he is showing it

Since PYO is the acting president and competent, it means Nigeria economy is mostly likely gonna grow

Any way, it was the writers opinion that was displayed as that of the Financial Times

There is nothing to rejoice about because they once called GEJ an INEFFECTUAL BUFFON
mayb u didnt really get the point the guy was trying to make.
The reasons for the “recovery” are twofold. First, last year’s performance was so dismal it would have been difficult for the economy to fall further. Without doing anything at all — a reasonable description of policy under Muhammadu Buhari, the country’s ailing leader and frequent London resident — the baseline effect has worked its magic. Second, the oil that makes up so much of government revenues is flowing faster. In June, production was 1.7m barrels a day, 10 per cent higher than a year ago.”

THE PLAN WAS TO RUN GOVERNMENT BY PROPAGANDA

IF the APC was clueless before 2015 Inauguration BUT then spent 3 months in SINCERE PLANNING Nigeria will NOT be where it is today.

These guys are conscientious Crooks
They planned to simply come into government by propaganda and hate speeches against sections of tbe country. Then loot whatever us left of the country while their zombies are engaged in tribal wars.

Good that everybody is suffering the effect of bad government. Nigerians never learn anyhow

The Financial Times should mind their own business and concentrate more on why the UK is not the best.

I am a million percent convinced that President Buhari had noble intentions in running for and assuming the seat of the presidency. Unfortunately he has been hampered by ill health and militancy. Yes militancy. For a period of over one whole year the Niger delta avengers blew up pipelines at will and the international oil market was far from booming. A barrel of nigerian oil got as low as 40$ per unit. It takes money to make money. It takes money to grow an economy. Nigeria is neither europe nor america and the author fails to realize this. The Nigerian economy defies the indices used for his experimentation. In europe and america there are no ipobs and boko harams. in europe and america the economy is not based on a single product, it is based on several products; it's already a diversified economy. In europe and america people don't loot money in billions. After over 30 years of looting and corruption we have to expect another 30 years for the country to be fixed. Ironically the same pdp which superintended over the destruction of Nigeria today see themselves as the messiahs, the God-sends, the ones to take us to the promise land, and they feel neither shame nor remorse in telling us that to our faces.
You are doomed to fail in life

How come its the moment APC came into power that the effect of corruption started showing. What did other administration do to quench these negative factors you mentioned above. How can a president with good intention make appointments that favour only the North. You expect peace when you rule with hate?

How come with the limited resources he couldn't diversify the economy? Have you read a comprehensive report on the recovered loot and their sources? We should be honest sometimes.

If he has good intention what's holding a 70+ old man from relinquishing power to his VP? That's the honorable thing to do at this point. And you still sing this old song against PDP?

How honourable can a man be if he uses the tools and resources with his reach to punish humanity? Not one contribution sir. Not one. Recession couldn't even wait a little?

Its a shame that even we the youths have failed to identify the real problem. Recycling old men who ruled our fathers and in the time of our grand fathers still ruling us.

Though i like PMB, aftet his appointments for Ministers & heads of government agencies. i just knew this government will be a failure, though 30% of the said appointees qualify for the position, the other 70% are completely useless. some of these people retired over half a decade ago( with extremely poor records & massive looting) but they got called back to work again. while those who are more qualified & in d system where ignored even with all thier talent.

SO WHY WON'T EVERYTHING BE IN SHAMBLES IF YOU FAIL TO PUT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE RIGHT JOB IN THE CORRECT PLACE.

PMB HAS FAILED, besides since he became president, he hasn't stayed in Nigeria for a cummulation of 6 months

APC ARE CROOKS, THEY ARE THESAME AS PDP SO DON'T BE CONFUSED

The Africa editor, is plagued by shallow and fixated mentality, that afflict most Africans, when it comes to critical and comprehensive thinking.

How will economy that's almost 100% consumptive, writhing in morbid corruption, blinded by injudicious and imprudent spending thrive, when sincere attempt is being made to redirect it to productive economy.

The management of Nigeria economy to a productive one, will come via painful and hard choices. Only those beclouded by illusion of magic will think otherwise.
