People voted him, those people said he's not representing on what he was sent to do and needed him to be recall. What's the big deal with court this, court that, very unserious people always using every means to thwart the decisions of the citizens.

Please try and be broad minded in all things
This is not just about Dino but the whole system of democracy of which I suppose you are a stakeholder. Elected officials should not be able to out muscle the people who put them there by the instrument of the courts that are not constituted directly by the people. You may like Dino today but if by chance an Adolph Hitler gets there you'd wish the courts don't interfere.

Dino has every right to seek legal relief and the courts have an obligation to here his case but believe me it is an dangerous precedent which can escalate into anything constitutional or non constitutional. He should have very limited elbow room in which to wiggle out of this.

Inec said the would take steps to vacate the order before the judiciary goes on their annual leave.i believe that would be done next week.dino should not celebrate much,he would still go

The law says petition on recall must be concluded in 90 days, petition on Dino's recall was received on June 21st by inec but the court while giving the injuction adjourned the case to September 29th, so in a nutshell the 90 days had elapse by the time court resumes .

Can we say this recall don enter voicemail

Of course it has and most unfortunately so. Saraki has consolidated his position as the de facto president. He calls the shots from the alleys.

Agreed, its a legitimate action but the tuzzle is between the people and Dino. INEC should not now join one side to fight the other but wait for the decision of the court and not appeal the case as if the plan to recall was a joint plan between INEC and the people.
