According to 2016 population census, Kebbi state had total population of 3238628 of which male are :- 1 617 498 , female :- 1 621 130. Now d population of male were small which gave chance for d women.such a ting can not happened in either SW, SS, NC.

When World War 1 and 2 happened. End time did not come. When Vietnam War happened. and time did not come. When Civil War of 1966 happened end time did not come. All these times who were the rulers of the countries that millions of lives were lost. Come off it. Change is constant. Embrace it and stop living in the past.

Women empowerment is highly needed in the north.

Their men use their own resources to marry and procreate plenty. Money ought to be in the hands of their women. This is because the duty of raising those kids, are thrust upon them by the men.

That is not true. The burden of taking care of the family in the North is 99% on men. Except for divorced or widowed mothers most women there to not have any hand work or trade and prefer to be housewives(not that I blame them). So men still carry the burden there.
