the ram is 1gb and ROM is 16GB,and battery is 3000mAh...these features have been on for a while,infact,I have gotten used to it and I now know it..LOL

every phone has a large screen navigation, the only difference is,the DroiPad 7D is a 7-inch display so its probably going to be better viewing stuffs on it than the random 5'5 inch... So its not much of a spec to buzz about

RAM1GB,battery 3000mah or so,not sure sha,and camera 5mp back n 2mp front...I'm not sure but I have read posts here and I remember bits of the specs
