If it's establised that the deceased died of sniper poisoing, investigation should then be focused on whether she drank it herself or if it was forcibly administered on her by the accuse. Reminds me of this very day when my uncle used to have this girl that crushed on him back then.. I was just playing with my mates outside when she came and asked me to go and tell my uncle that she is outside waiting for him, so i humbly obeyed and went in to deliver the mssge to my uncle, but my uncle who was in no mood to see his crusher then told me to tell her that he's sleeping then i innocently went back and told her "my uncle said I should tell you that he is sleeping"... The knock that i received later still has an evidence on my head.

She chatted wt her sister d day before, complained abt nothing.

The boy heard her shouting for help, dt they want to remove her baby.

Obviously they killed her.

Why would a pregnant woman just drink sniper? Poor baby.

Nigerian police and their incompetency, an autopsy would easily identify the cause of death. please do your forensic work and present it to the accused and he will know that the game is finished.

I am wondering if the boy is so used to such scenarios he found it easy to go back to sleep despite hearing his mum's screams and seeing her hiding under a bed.
If not for the useless system we gave here, an autopsy would have easily revealed what had transpired and led to her death.

this 15years son is a Coward, at that age he can't even give accurate account of what transpired, when I was in that age, I'm already a big boy, I fvck from one street to another , I started attending general family meeting when I was 11yrs how much more a 15yrs boy... the man might be innocent, some women are problematic, nah so my gf threatened to commit suicide in my house if I did not give her 100k for her bd party, I gave her bounced cheque , they nearly arrest her in the bank, when she returned with the cheque I don change my keys with hand written quit-note letter pest on my door

So sad. When men are raised with little moral standards and women are raised that being married means having no self-worth, this is what happens.

The 12 year old saw his mum being attacked by his father and uncle, couldn't cry out for help. Instead he went back to bed. Another monster in the making.

For justice to be fully carried out, the uncle must also be arrested and charged for murder.

from my own view I think that was not the first time the kid saw them fighting maybe that's why he went back to sleep
