What kind of dysfunctional city is this?

Hello! It's a coastal city and such is peculiar to every coastal city that experiences heavy downpour .

Google might enlighten you more about the recent flooding in China

Leave matter. It rains every day here in ph. During the rain there may be flood but it disappears as soon as the rain stops. What has the govt done about blocked drainages

They don't have good leaders, they only have plenty resources.

If not, tell me any Lagos state Governor that did not perform.

Including Military Administrators.

Fashola worked like a magician. I once said that a goat could look like a genius as governor of Lagos State.

I tell people that development in Lagos is driven by her people not the goats in government, indeed we all saw the governorship debate between ambode and Jimi we knew ambode was no good but what would the people of Lagos do...they voted according to party lines, Lagos is the 10 largest economy in Africa, and look at how backward we are. we are not even on the same page with Nairobi.... I totally agree with your opinion brother

Ambode is to be blamed for this. Because of his beef with Fashola, he stopped Fashola's waste program for his. Stopped the monthly sanitation and here, look at what we have.
you mean during fashola regime that there was no flooding

Ago Palace way road was built with drainages at both sides. People like you blocked those drainages with their indiscriminate dumping activities. Should Ambode be blamed here? Should people be taught every minute to dispose wastes properly?

Would this be Open Drainage or Closed Drainage?
