4)and lastly which network those it support 4g, mtn, airtel or glo..

Ntel network abhors nougat on some devices

Reason why you're unable to place orders on AliExpress is because its a new card on the platform. Follow these steps in getting your card approved on AliExpress;
1. Login through browser(desktop version)
2. Click on My Orders
3. Click on My Appeals
4. Click on Verify
