There is no road from Eleme junction to the Indorama facility. Please someone who lives along that axis should post a recent photo of the state of the East West road and see the legacy Jonathan left his people. Shame! Let's analyze this: Acting President, comes into a State to commission a private project, then ignores the overtures of the Governor of that State and follows the instructions and Agenda of his party faithfuls. This is wrong. Partisan politics or party politics ends when election results are announced. This goes a long way to show how unintelligent that Osinbanjo is, which is why they call him Boi Boi. Before heading to that State, he is supposed to understand the mechanics of powerplay between Wike and Rotimi and work out an amicable visit schedules to accommodate balance presence, but he has ignored a State Governor and refuse to commission the projects meant for the Rivers people, the Nigerian People. Next week, there will be pipeline vandalism by pro-Wike militants and the Osinbanjo will call Wike to intervene and then he will understand that being a President requires emotional maturity. I thought Osinbanjo represented hope, now there is no hope. I am stateless world citizen and I do not think I will like to be a Christian, cos even the Pastor has shown stupidity of his emotions. 9 Likes 1 Share |

We are not interested in all these drama. Does it mean there's no drafted programme for the visit of Ag President? The Rivers people are the ones suffering from all this mess. Other states including northern states that lost to opposition parties have moved on and allowed present governors to deliver dividends of democracy to their people people. Amaechi still remains my Governor of all time as far as Rivers State is concerned. His vision for the State was years ahead of where the average Rivers Man sees the state. On the matter of the Acting Presidents visit. It is important to note that Osibanjo was not in Rivers STATE at the behest of Gov. Nyesom Wike. He prolly already had a schedule planned and was sticking to it. If Wike was informed of the visit, it was out of courtesy and due deligence with regards to security as he (Wike) is also the Chief Security Officer of the State. Now I am hoping Wike entered the Chopper and Acting President Osibanjo used the opportunity of having both of those pig headed Rivers Men in such a small space to try and broker peace between them irrespective of personal and party differences in the Greater interest of the Rivers People. As a Rivers Man and an objective person, both these Men (Amaechi and Wike) have their pros and cons and if they can only put aside pride and personal interest and look at the bigger picture, Rivers State will be much better for it. 5 Likes |
