My last antenantal was last Wednesday and for d first time i had swollen legs which i informed d doctor so she checked my bp and d next thing she said was that my bp was high and sent me to the hospital straight to be monitored seriously and if need be, i should be induced ( induction ke...mogbe ooo)she also checked my cervix and said it was closed ( imagine at 39weeks and 3days oo) i sha carry mysef to hospital... come and see gbogbo monitoring. Machine set for babys heart beat. I was told i might be induced...come and see me shaking ( induction is my greatest fear) i com ask if i have a right to choose cs to induction and doctor said i really do not have an option.hmmmm. so they waited for urine and blood test result to come and they were good... came back negative. They checked bp like 4 times and they all came back good. Na so dem later decide to leave me to go home and come back next monday for antenantal and see how far. I was happy ehn..even though i rili want to have this baby right now abeg no be through induction ooo. Na so i carry my load run comot for hospital.

I thank God for you. There shall not be any such case as hbp again. God gat you. It will end in praise.

birth story
I was expecting to deliver at 37wks coz I was just tired of carrying my weight around.when I went for and at 36wks,d doctor asked me to come wt scan result at 38wks but I was just praying to give birth b4 then coz I was having mild cramps almost every nite and my belly had dropped much earlier! at d 38wk appointment, I went for scan,d weight read 3.4 each and d sonographer said they were ready to drop. in my mind I was even telling myself that am sure I was dilating already. I got to d hospital insisted on being checked by d doctor only for him to say I had not even started! the thing pained me mehn!!!

it's quite common though not normal that Adhesions(the joining together of organs,pls google more about it) usually form esp after Open Abdominal surgeries and Pelvic Surgeries and that's what usually makes it quite difficult to conceive after such surgeries as Ceaserian sections & myomectomy. So am asking if anybody has successfully death with that naturally without having to go through another surgery to clear the adhesions.

Thank you for clearing that up. I never knew there was anything like adhesions. Please how did you know you have it as in, how was it diagnosed for you cos I gave birth via csection as well.

Mama cutiereborn, it's usually diagnosed through Laparoscopy diagnosis. Pls follow Mama RoseeyO's advice on prevention when ur scars are healed.

For me, I once had myomectomy & Cs.. so it became a possible diagnosis when I couldn't conceive again after a while. it's well with us.

Lemme advice u based on my experience with my first daughter cos I gave birth to my princess via CS. With regards to your tummy going down, don't sweat over it. Try to avoid starchy food or reduce it to the minimal, avoid cold or chilled drinks or water, once it a while take a sip or two sips of gin or any hot gin.
Then for breastfeeding, don't let ur baby grip the tip of ur breast. Endeavor the black skin ( aurora or wateva it's called) is inside ur baby's mouth so dt it's the skin that feels the bite and not ur nipple.
Yes, u'll definitely hear caring comments with regards to baby's drugs. Don't blame them, rather, if ur instinct tells u that the drugs are not needed and u can manage the situation, kindly tell them dt them dt u just spoke wth ur doctor and he/ she said there's no need for the medicines.

but I heard small pelvic cannot be fully determined except the person is in labour. Dear please don't think about it too much, just keep praying and I ll also remember u in my prayers. it ll definitely be a supernatural delivery for us all.

I waited for 2yrs b4 I took in again. I knw of som1 who took in within a year she gave birth via CS buh she had made up her mind to give birth via CS cos she wanted to rush her children and focus back on her schooling.

Truthfully, it didn't happen to me but I saw a case while I was in the hospital after delivery, a mother was brought to our ward after she had given birth via CS a month earlier. She was scheduled for another stitches or sewing up because her CS stitches opened. The consultant on patrol advised her and other mothers that we should be patient and not rush to tie our belle cos we want flat tummies. Infact, we shd jst be mindful of wat we consume as per stay off or limit intake of carbonhydrate and cold drinks or water or else we may come back for another sewing up.
