Secondly, she has this rashes on her body, her neck region and bum bum. Was using sudocrem (worked for a while), used abf(nice but was making her fair instead of clearing the rashes) and then someone said it's ila/ela(bought native medicine) My brethren, the rashes are even expanding. I honestly don't know what else to do or use? Biko, I don't want my dd to grow up and not be feel comfortable in her skin .


Finally! ,Can I start putting on air conditioner? Dd is 2 months and she's always well covered up especially at night.

I have quite a number of questions but let ask this one first.
I am in my 8th week (haven't started antenatal yet) and I want to know if it is safe for me to take malt drinks (like Maltina or Malta Guinness) and Soymilk (Vitamilk).
I also want to ask if I need to take an extra dose of folic acid with the Pregnacare-Plus that I am taking currently

I don't think u need an extra dose of folic cos pregnacare gat the required dose per day. As for the malt, I personally don't see it as an issue for now till u get to third trimester wer u shd be careful of can drinks or carbonated drinks cos of the size of the baby. Buh for now, if ur throat allows it, ride on...

Spiceeamiee it depends on how well your stitches were done/heal. I was able to use the belt from week 4. My stitches were not the dissolvable type and they healed properly by week 2 then I gave it 2 extra weeks just to be sure. I also didnt keep it on for long initially. In my hospital they also made me come every 3 days to check/clean and redress so healing progress was observed

I waited for 2yrs b4 I took in again. I knw of som1 who took in within a year she gave birth via CS buh she had made up her mind to give birth via CS cos she wanted to rush her children and focus back on her schooling.

U'll peel the first skin(back) of the onion, boil it with ur lo's bathing water. After boiling add ur normal water to bathing water for it to cool and bath ur baby wth it. Sieve the onion skin b4 bathing ur baby.

I remember the thalidomide disasters of some years back. Women who were taking thalidomide pills to alleviate morning sickness ended up birthing deformed babies because of the drug. Its better to be patient and ride it out. Morning sickness is manageable and almost dissapears in 2nd trimester.

Something that lasts all day morning till evening that they are calling morning sickness.

Same applies to watermelon (I eat this as two servings/portions) and pawpaw. I don't share and I don't see it as excess consumption too. Thank you for answering that question. Although I was wondering if it was something very specific to different types of pineapples. As you said before it's for excessive consumption and I don't believe many people that eat that amount of. But many people do react differently, so that's something to consider.
