I cook my fish/meat separately without salt or maggi(they already have natural flavor), then blend it and pour it in a plate.
Chop the okro, onion, and lil ugu blend with crayfish and cook till I'm sure is done. Then I add my already blended fish/meat into it, add a lil oil, a lil salt and mix/turn everything together. Wait for it to cook small, off my gas and allow it to cool.
Serve with semolina

My sabi mama's, my 3 months princess started suckin her thumb last 2 weeks and since then she hasn't been suckin breast or bottle anymore.. she prefers to suck that thumb and she is loosing weight cos she hardly eats again.
I don't know what to do, whenever I wear mittens for her, she crys a lot and I remove it to all her suck it.

V u tried dropping few drops of ur breastmilk into ur lo's nostrils? If u gat the mind to do it u can try it cos I used the method and it worked for me.

No saliva in her cheeks ma and no cartarrh in her nose, just when wheezing sound like the phlegm is in her throat but she isn't choking

Get a bulb and suck out the saliva at the sides of her cheeks. That's all. It's not a medical issue unless she's choking, can't sleep etc.

I used obio for my anc 3x but mehn crowd chased me back to a private hospital. Imagine being no 287 when I came by 7:40,I just ran.private hospitals charge #9k for it.I think its important for them to have introduced it.

hahahahaha their crowd is really something else but I still used the hospital for my 2 kids, I used to go before 5am in the morning that way my no will be with 30 and I will see the Dr on time and leave. I checked Princess Hospital that's my husband's company hospital I still prefer Obio because of their Docs

There's a way I slightly position their head wen they were still babies n place few drops. I'll prefer u use d saline drops if u don't knw Hw 2 position ur lo's head so dt we won't hear stories that touches the heart (God forbids).

Dear it is better to stop her now, try to divert her attention by playing for as long as possible. Please don't give in to her tears. Children like testing our patience
