I am not from Anambara, but little I have witnessed Obiano has tried.

If it's free and fair.
Obiano wins Hands down.
The battle would have been between Obiano and a PDP aspirant.

Nobody is doing any denial anything. Maybe you have not been following their news with attention because if you do you will note that they keep saying they are not stopping any election (is IPOB INEC to start with?) that they are only boycotting the election.

Anybody reporting otherwise is only trying to sensationalise the news.
