Yes I worked there years ago.

The salary was alright. 'Depending on the position you apply for.
And yes you get allowances depending on position like I stated earlier.

A lot has changed however, years after I left. Heard the ownership changed over its sale. So besides the old days i can't really tell what goes on in there now.

Best I'll suggest is apply for a sales position if you can drive and sell merchandise.

But applying for administrative position that's not top executive.... waste of time

I don't know how much you might earn in that department - that's Production Department. I worked in Sales Department. Back then, at interviews, you're asked questions relating to the applied position, well... naturally.
Simply brace yourself for any question relating to the position you applied for and don't lie about anything. Every employer hates that.
After the interview, you might be asked to get a medical assessment. You don pass be dat. Now pray your result no show gono or HIV <shudder> . God forbid.
Dude if you get in, Congrats. If not, it's their loss. They ain't the only company. You'll get a job eventually.

I know if you'd worked you woulda been grateful for the job and taken the work seriously.

But there's one other thing. the company's not that big, just in name, cos its been around a looooooooong time. Their production section's small and hard to get into, cos people rarely quit their positions. And they have a knack for hiring mainly to fill sales men positions for their distributors.

'Doesn't necessarily mean you failed the test. I'm serious about this, you might not be told there's no position you can fill, presently.

Well... I would say N150,000 - N250,000
