There u lie, they wul vote to remain in Neijeryha.

Have u wondered who is sponsoring Biafra in the media, also ask yourself who is promoting restructuring in the media. Then you finally ask yourself , why did the senate vote to give local government autonomy at this time. Then you would understand Nigeria .

Yorubas are afraid to have a country of their own because they don't believe in their-selves to achieve, but Igbos believe that they can survive in any circumstance and achieve success out of it, the Western Nigeria have nothing except the services it provide which is movable,Lagos can collapse over night if sea port, international viable airport, embassies,Bank headquarters, oil companies headquarters is established in Biafra.

We know how much the North despise and hate SS and SE. ... same as SE/SS

I pity the North... one day you would look back the SS/SE have dominated the North (they are already dominating the North, we both know) and a big fight would occur in the North and you would be able to repel them back...
plus they would be back by international community, back by UN back by your One Nigeria..

They would be your governor, they would be in majority... in the nearest future...

Instead of shouting online, they is a easy and better way to repel them... Give them their separate / Independent country tru referendum. then they would go in peace and you possess ur possession... any other way would not work.

if it's about oil... an agreement could be reach btw them and Nigeria...
Very simple.

I love your dreams! Keep on dreaming

Exactly...I have been saying these for years. Yorubaas are fraud; they will be exposed like pack of cards as soon they have their country. If you watch very well, they have no sense of organization or able to put ideas together to pursue a common cause. That's also why their culture is loose; the women have kids with several men, and their men desperate for stability go for Igbo women. In contrast, Igbos are masters of organization due to their tradition of meeting in small groups. Igbos naturally are a very organized and structured people evident on how well organized our institutions are.

This thread below is an example of how organized Igbos are. I repeat...Afonjas can never ever organize themselves like this...never! Let alone having their country!

It is pretty clear as hell that over 95% of Yorubas are One nigerianists ,probably leeching on the Oil from the Niger delta as lice do for survival ,why will you blame them? They have the ports exclusively to their state Lagos while MMA serves as the busiest airport in the Zoo.So to them ,let the status quo remain One other thing I have observed, is that there is no sense of unity amongst Yoruba tribes-hence it would be very hard for them to rally behind any of their folks on issues as this to speak with one voice as Igbos, but I think to a larger extent, the divergence in religious affiliation is one primary reason why nearly a half of them who are Muslims would rather opt to align with the Muslim north. This is pathetic for a people.
What's this one saying? You drank Kunu ni? No sense of Oneness among Yoruba? You think we're Biafrau.d? From the posts you saw, was it not clear enough the sense of Oneness? We are not part of Secession madness, Nigeria has not gotten to that point yet, we can still resolve issues, If Yoruba get to that level, all of you thinking Yoruba is weak will hear it at the Mountain Top. Yorubas are not noise makers, if we want to do think, You won't be in doubt what the action is, We speak with One voice, Not Kunu doing his own thing with his illiterate minions, while the Leaders, Business men and the Politicians from your region has another agenda.

My guy, listen very carefully. Yoruba people have a clear conscience. They know their rights from their left. You can't come from Jupiter, and claim to be fighting Oodua Cause. You havent engaged with the people. Is that how it is done in Igbo land? Sorry it doesn't work like that in Yoruba land. It is clear. Someone is paying these guys to do what they are doing. Some people want the govt to cling to fear that all nationalities are resolute about leaving Nigeria because they lost power and influence in the current govt.

If we must agitate about leaving Nigeria, we should have done so under Jonathan, who was a Southerner as President. They all kept quiet and didnt feel the need to leave Nigeria until a Northerner became the president.

I am not saying there are no wrong doing and imbalance in the system, I am saying don't fall for these guys, who are working behind the scene to create confusion that will give them advantage.

In Yoruba land, such will not work.

They will tell you that they are not scared of Igbo leaving Nigeria, that they don't care. Yet everyday, these people are on Biafrans case on facebook. I'm only tired out arguing with them.

They might not actually be afraid of Igbo leaving Nigeria, especially the Muslims amongst them, as I reason their Christians are aware of the religious imbalance towards Islam that would occur in Nigeria should Igbos who are the major Christian block leave Nigeria.

But their real fear is that, should Igbos leave, Niger deltans would equally leave to found their own countries, going with them their oil industry, revenue, ports and more importantly, leaving Yorubas trapped in a retrogressive country with Arewa, as I doubt Yoruba Muslims in Kwara and Kogi are interested in extracting themselves from the caliphate control, and even if they are, the caliphate won't let them go without a fierce war, and the rest of Yorubas in SW might not been willing to let them go just like that, yet are not inclined to war.

Nigeria offers them(Yorubas) the best chance of sharing same nationality with their Northern Muslim fellow Yorubas without totally enslaving themselves to the caliphate, since the Igbo and Niger delta presence offers balance in the polity and checkmates that.

It doesn't hurt also, to know that in Nigeria, they enjoy port and airway monopoly, as Lagos port and MMIA remain the only REAL and best gateway out and into Nigeria, both by air or sea. With its multiple effect on SW economy.

Bottom line, is that Nigeria, as bad as it seems, when pragmatically examined, is the best option for Yorubas, Atleast for now.
They don't like admitting it, but it's what it is, and they would always fight to protect Nigeria unity to preserve their own interests. You can't blame them for that.

Igbos! One voice!! I laugh in Egun.

Just because the Ife and Modakekes have being tied in age long battle does not mean we are not united. You need to get to the bottom of the story to understand the reason behind the feud.

You Igbos have even fiercer rivalry amongst yourself. Go to any Igbo land there will always be one village or the other fighting each other over one thing or the other.

But I have been thinking about something. If the Igbos are "Worthless, Criminals, Drug Pushers" like most Yoruba portray us, why then are they always afraid of the Igbos leaving?" Because am a business man and in my line of business, I cut off weak links.

That means something is not adding up. You can't hate an armed robber and still want to share an apartment with the armed robber!

Nigeria is no dft 4rm dis scenario. Think abt it.

How many of those former regions are still intact now. If we cede now, where are we ceding to. Remember that the regions that formed Nigeria were not original areas in themselves. Lets not forget that the regions of Nigeria consisted of very many small fragments. Fragments that find connection to other regions outside for the area called Nigeria.

What you refer to as regions were merely fragments of settlers who either migrated from other regions of Africa or were exiled from their home lands. SO a cessation will still not resolve the issue of multiple ethnicity. Each ceded region will still be as diverse as the whole. So where does that leave us.

They want to see whole Nigeria destroy into 10 or so yet must of their people can't stay in their land. Northners to want you out of our region, go form you biafra after that let's not see a single igbos in our country as Tourist ,Business, for Education or to say I come to visit my onece friend Ibrahim or so grin We will stay with our Guns on border and will not let in any Igbo refugees in our country. grin
