No one can do the search for you. A simple use of Google will help you.

However, you can't get a program of $14k because most program will run for at least three semesters and average of $6k/semester.

The standing policy is to pay deposit, usually first semester fee before you are issued a COE which you can use to apply for visa. Without paying the deposit, no school will issue you a COE.

You shouldn't be asking people to look for school for you. It is what you should do yourself.

Occupational ceiling is finally out.
Hmmm. Other professional engineers (1000) on prorata.

We'll have to reassess as Professional Telecom Engr. if we don't get 20points from English test.

Did anyone notice the overall number of invitations per round has been only 1000 and will be 1000 for the next 2 rounds?
This is disheartening. It's well

Good morning all. U know dat sweet feeling where u feel pretty and just wanna kiss urself?
I woke this morning feeling dat way; I still do.

23 January 2016 : IELTS (L R W S - 9, 8.5, 8, 7). I immediately requested for a remark of the speaking section.

24 February 2016: PTE (L R W S : 90 85 90 66)

22 April 2016: IELTS speaking bumped to 8. Plus I got my refund.

31 May 2016: CDR submission to EA

17 June 2016: Positive outcome (Engr. Tech)

18 June 2016: EOI submitted

06 July 2016: Invitation to apply

09 August 2016: Visa application lodged

12 September 2016: CO contact for wife's functional English (she wasn't satisfied with letter from her school)

25 September 2016: Uploaded wife's PTE scores. L R W S 82 74 66 81

13 October 2016: Grants received in mailbox, for me, my wife and daughter. IED 9th Aug 2017. Processing team - Brisbane.

I didn't use work experience points. Just d minimum 60 points.

After worrying and fuzzing over nothing, I finally have it. At work right now, but it is a sweet feeling. Still thanking God for it all. I read contents on this forum and expatforum, and it has rili helped. Grateful to everyone for their contributions. I wish us all success in our endeavors. May our dreams come true.

Hello bro,
Congrats again on your smooth sailing.

@bellong @sammywemmy
I have a few concerns:
I have an ND, HND and BSc all in civil/structural engineering, with cognate work experience. I can only claim points on work experience with my HND, cos I have 7+yrs post HND experience. The outcome from EA will definitely be an engr tech. I can't claim points on work experience with my BSc, cos I have 2+yrs post BSc experience. If I don't claim points on work experience, I'd have 50points, if I do, I'd end up with engr tech and 65points.

1. What are the implications of getting PR visa under EA's engr tech? I'm really very skeptical about it, reason being that I have a BSc, yet going in as Engr Tech., instead of structural engineer or professional engineer.
2. Can I upgrade my assessment using my BSc for Structural Engineer, after obtaining the visa?
3. What qualification did you tender? Was your EA assessment for qualification and relevant skilled experience or just qualification?

Kindly disregard any typo errors, please.

Thanks.

Your assessment does not limit you to a type of job or title when you get to Oz…………….assessment are for point claiming and visa (period!). You can claim any title and draft your CV the way it best represents your professional exploration when you land Oz - as far as you can defend it. You can even work in an entirely different field if you like.

Involving agent depends on the school you apply to. Some schools make the use of agent compulsory.

You can choose to apply for the visa yourself.

@frank043,

Your HND will give you 10 points, Bsc 15points.

7+ years experience will give you 10 points and 0 points for 2+ yrs..

You should apply as a civil engineering draftsperson... As noted by ozymigrant, you can work as an engineer or anything as long as you meet the employer's requirements.

What is your spouse's qualification and occupation?

Your headache now should be getting positive assessment from vetasses..

As it is, your best bet is the NSW's 489 which in my opinion is better than nothing...
Now that you've advise that I should go for NSW 489 which is in Murray region, how many points will I be needing?
Also, pls detail me on the steps to take from scratch because aside these findings I haven't done any other thing.
Thanks

Hmmmn. That feeling you get when you ran away from being assessed as accountant because of ceiling but ceiling came out and accountant quota nearly doubles. It is well.

Please who knows how people get 105 points? I sincerely and urgently need to change my bathing soap to the kind of soap these high pointers use.

Mamajaz can you see this. 16,741 slots for RN and only 18 issued so far. This is your year and turn to share Timeline of breakthrough.

Has AHPRA answered you?

E-Fam,

My wife is a nurse. At what point can I claim spousal point? Is it afree she has been licenced to practice in OZ or after AHPRA assessment. We need all the point we can get.

Despite the fact that they didn't exhaust the ceiling for civil engineering professionals last year, they still increased the ceiling this year. Does this increase we see correlate to the fact that more civil professional are required in the Australian labor market?

Guess it's a good thing, more so it's not on prorata.

Kamal7 prepare for your ITA.

Hello, what exactly does that date of effect mean and how does it relate to when one expects ITA? I have seen you guys talk about it once a while and I just want a better understanding.

Am sorry really, am not selective in my answers, it's an oversight. My wife's qualification is NCE in political science education and presently she is a secondary school teacher.
With regards to the repetition it's due to network issue.
