Lol, on the contrary I don't hate Yorubas. If anything they're much better than the igbos who brag about owning the entire country. What does gazette mean ![]() shukuokukobambi: |

jonnytad:then u don't have a point... so stop claiming u accommodate Igbo's in ur land, every single pieces of land owned by them is legally paid for , no body forced ur hungry ancestors to sold ur lands, u are free to acquire land in Enugu owerri and Anambra if you can afford the price tag |

Fifthcolumnist:You see, this is where I get fed up with your people. They know how to complain, they know how to whine, and they know how to create & circulate propaganda. But do they know how to go through the proper channels and tweak the system to get what they want? No!You are here online blasting Atiku, yet your Senators and House of Assembly members have failed to do their jobs, by bringing the perpetrators of such unfavourable policies at Onne to book and debating their actions, in order to cause them to review such actions for your benefit. ![]() You just asked: "You really think they haven't thought of that?" And my answer to you is where is the proof that they thought of it? Wasn't it in this Nigeria, specifically Lagos where the whole Lekki-Epe expressway was concessioned to one company, and 3 toll-gates were meant to be built on it? They built the 1st one, and people protested. A lawyer named Ebun Adegboruwa rose up and took the state govt to court. He was witch-hunted by the same state govt, and the CofO for his personal house was almost revoked. At the end of the day, the plan to build 3 toll-gates was shelved in favour of just 1 toll-gate. In fact, the 2nd toll-gate they built, could not be used till date. ![]() Were you not in this country, when MKO Abiola was killed, without him realising his mandate? What happened? ![]() So why do your people prefer to wave the banner of propaganda instead of taking practical, logical steps? Don't you think out of shame and a desire to avoid damage to their reputation, such a company would backtrack? Make una check am, nah! |

Anikulhapo:This is the reason I have always maintained that economic gateway Lagos and Abuja represented in Nigeria must be replicated in the defunct eastern and midwestern regions respectively. If this simple task cannot be accomplished, secession is admirable. |

I have never seen an urhobo or any other ND who has inherent hatred for yorubas. Its these igbos who always spread propaganda making it seem like we hate yorubas but its not true. Lol, I grew up in PH so I don't know most of those Wafi slangs, plus I'm a girl too shukuokukobambi: |

For your information, the economic and commercial space in Lagos which produces the said VAT is controlled by the SE so invariably there will be a decline if they should stop and take it else where. ERockson: |

laudate:I didnt bother to read up the rubbish you wrote there more than once cos I know u won't make a well informed argument. Honestly, if you've not read about the Onne port concessioning and complains by governors and importers about high charges there, then I don't have anything really to tell you. Atiku isn't cheating anyone. That was the agreement they had during the concession. Many governors business men have talked and taken actions to protest in the past but then it's a Private business and that's the only way he can make the money he invested in the project. Now don't get the impression that the port isn't working to full capacity , it is. A lot of Industries are sited in the one Onne as a result of Seaport there, but these companies are oil and gas related cos they can convienently meet the charges there, and don't forget this port was even built for them in the First place. I can't really remember but the agreement is something like 50:50 blw the coy and the government till the end of the deal. Attempting to cast aside this agreement will only chase away future investors from that Industry. on the other hand the Apapa port is a govt port and and due to reasons known by the government (or sheer ineptitude) the other three ports were closed ( warri, PH ports( not Onne) , Calabar ports) to reduce the influx of imported goods into the country ( so I heard) , and in all honesty every economic activity in Nigeria depends on importation for survival. The surge of Industries in Lagos and Ogun isn't cos those are only possible states to site them but cos of 1. proximity to seaport ( to bring heavy machinery and equipment: they won't import heavy machinery and transport them via road 500km inland. No investor does that) 2. Access to air. (MMA). My bro, you have a problem with us; we whine and talk propaganda... Perhaps the problem is with you. You sit in your part of the country and barely aware of anything outside Lagos and Ibadan ( and maybe Abuja ) and claim to know everything about the rest of Nigeria. Truth is you know nothing!!! Do you listen to Radio stations in the Niger Delta? No!. Do you listen to Radio stations in the South East? No. Do you even read news Paper content from the areas? No! Have u even spent a year outside your part of Nigeria? No! Yet somehow you think we haven't explored the right channels to check these imbalances. That's why I popped the intial question, "You think we haven't thought of them?" It's easy to claim strength when your strength hasn't been tested. Do have a good day. |

jonnytad:and I challenge u again, apart from Lagos which we know it come about which other state in ur region u can use to compare the like of Enugu Anambra IMO in terms of development and standard of living... u don't have to blame the Igbo's, even if u take away what ever they have now, 10yrs is enuf for them to legally reacquire it back, just blame ur poor ancestors for putting u in this mess , and what is holding u in developing ur land do u have to wait for the Igbo's to leave their legal acquired properties so u can taste good life of living comfort... even in ur villages I knw how it looks very pitiable |

we are know every governor will like to beautify it capital city so it will look attractive, I can tell u none of the capital city in Nigeria look pitiable , I just want to see other local governments in Oyo, from there we can ascertain how beautiful and developed your towns are... stop posting randoy picture, apart from the few well secluded nice buildings which I knw is government complex or hotel plus nice roads , the rest is just brown roofs... can we just zoom closer to end this argument just upload where u live let's see how beautiful it looks ![]() |

kn23h:because you are afraid to compete with the best , what makes u a successful man is the ability to go to unknown area and conquered as we do in Lagos and even in ur Ibadan , in ur town u must have some leverage, if that leverage is stripped from u as Awo did to Igbo's omo ppl in Somali will be sending relief materials to u |
