This mad man lying at the centre of the road was hit by a car yesterday at Umuwaya road Opposite Umu mass and ABA park, UMUAHIA Abia state.

  I learnt that he can't see, his eyes are rotten. Yesterday he was walking in the middle of the road when a car knocked him down and ran away.

We beg the State Government, good spirited individuals, NGOs and churches to come to his aid.

He prolly wasn't Mad to begin with. Just a blind Man with nobody to care for him, No Governmental institution to cater to him and just left to his own ways for nature to deal with him.
