Na wa o. We all going to die one day. Why not just enjoy the ride of life, why the rush to die. Society's demands and expectations can cause this. Forgive yourself and be less critical of yourself and you will be fine.

Don't hang around negative, wicked or energy drainers. Try to always be positive and kind but not stupid and you should be alright. Except you need medical care. No matter where life takes you, there is always going to be another challenge. Just ride the waves of life with a smile... life is not easy for anyone except you have not started living.

Hold onto Christ.
Fellowship with kindred minds and believe God truly cares and light a white candle once a week in the night. sing praises, sing worship songs, pray for forgiveness of sin, read some specified book of psalms, pray quietly and deeply to God.
You will feel relieved and refreshed afterwards.

Please bro.Check urself into a mental health clinic or get expert counseling. Depression is a mental health impairment. The root cause can be diagonised and treated.
Please don't think you can do it alone or hope that it may pass.Tell someone who can get you to do something about it.

The disease of the mind..The bane of humanity..

Depression is very REAL and shouldn't be made light of. There is a difference between feeling a little down and clinical depression. Depression can totally paralyze you. Kudos to her for bringing more awareness to mental illness. Never dismiss depression and suicidal thoughts in a loved one. Get them the help they need (professional, not just church or some pastor), love them and support them before it is too late.

You will! Avoid negative people cause they'll only trigger your suicidal thoughts and try pushing the blame on you! It's hard to deal with, like being happy now and the next minute, you're just very sad with no reason! I've been suffering from depression for years! Started in Js2, I don't even have a single friend in reality cause none of them seem to understand me talk more of being In a relationship!
There's no drug for it, I've tried dying many times but see? I'm still alive! The only antidote for it is getting what/ who triggered the depression put it off or finding someone to help you get through it, most cases, they don't come around, lots of people pretend to be happy but what they need is someone who completely understands them! And the people around these days? Pfft! Most of em are bastards! We'll be fine tho

I was depressed for 2 years from 2014.I was in a very, very dark place. I was so suicidal one night that Stella Dimoko Korkus the blogger had to wade in and she encouraged me.
I was on sleep medications and anti-depressants.. My immunity dropped. I fainted twice or thrice because I had fizzled out.
My parents bought puppies around this time..I hated them at first, later,I got to notice the look of appreciation they showed if you gave them food or care.
From there,I would bring them to my bathroom,they hated water but I would laugh hysterically at the way they jumped or acted if I tried to place them in my bath tub..I noticed dogs appreciated little things and would kindly lay close to me when they sensed I was down..
It dawned on me that I went on a downward spiral because I felt humans around me had failed me,I give so much but got nothing in return.. That was the day my life began.. I stopped being too hard on me,I let go off the past and I noticed the little things that make life great..I have been very, very much improved since then, my dear...
Life may not be the music I hoped for but while I'm here, I will dance...

I couldnt agree more. Being around loved ones has proven to help. Some people slide into depression becuase of heartreaks,poverty....realising that these people/things are all vanity can also help one heal faster....
