A yet-to-be identified middle aged woman was assassinated in Osogbo, Osun state early this morning by unknown gunmen.

Information made available to PoliticsNGR revealed that the woman was on her way to her shop situated at old garage (emumi emumi) when the assailants overtook her with their motorcycle and shot her point-blank. An eyewitness, Bimbola Ibrahim, wrote on his Social media page;

An aged poor woman has been shot dead by assailants who were on a bike. The deceased was allegedly going for her daily job at old garage (emumi emumi ). The incident happened 45 minutes ago. The security men are ground but the dead body has not been evacuated yet. We call on the CP to do the needful. The perpetrator must be brought to book.

Does the woman have a son or daughter who will inherit her belongings.

And if she doesn't have any belonging, they should give the womans head to the children for ritual so they can be rich and that means less poor people in the society and also they would be able to buy a good car for transportation, this will enable them avoid the kind of death their mother died.

This type of killing is the handiwork of prophets of doom who pinpoint people as being behind the misfortunes of others. Perhaps the sponsor of her death has failed to eliminate her through die! die!! die!!! and resorted to take matters into his own hands. RIP Ma
