Well I don't think they are foolish. I only think they should make the username change possible; maybe once in 3 or 6 months.

I think the users are the foolish ones for using a username they dont want, as for me I have been using mine for over a year now and I still love it although it attracts a lot of insults.

when i first joined nairaland i tried all possible usernames in my brain then
But all already used
And now that I have a better one i know nobody will use it's too late.

but if the mods make it in a way that u can change your moniker at anytime people will surely abuse it.
