Hi nairalanders! I need tons of your advice here. I am 26 - a female, but i have a man muscular arms. (Note: This is not hereditary). These muscular arms have made me loose confidence in putting on sleeveless without people staring and jeering at my arms as if i were some sort of strange creature.
I feel so insecure (moving around with manly arms) and i need help in getting back my sleek female arms. Thanks.

Are you doing any job that involves repetitive use of the arms,like farming?
You need to ease up on any of this that exerts your arms and try to gain some weight.The flesh will come

You should avoid exercise biko... I said eat oats.. Like everyday... Morning and night... Phew...

Try to gain weight without carrying heavy loads on your arm. However if you have an apple Shape, be prepared to have larger arms.

I don't see any muscular arms in the picture on your DP tho except that's not you.

Well, all I can say is,learn to appreciate your body if not you will keep seeing one fault or the other. Today it's muscular arms,if by some chance you are able to get over that, you'll notice small yansh, or small boobs or big nose. Lol....o baby learn to appreciate the body you have o. Leave your arms alone...since you say you don't do any exercise or work that should warrant it, just leave it alone biko. Focus on building your self confidence.

Well my opinion.

If it aint hereditary then something must have triggered it, and the only way to solve the problem is to discover the cause.

Do you lift heavy stuff? If you do, just stop it.

You play football? Shit if you do. Then it might have caused it too. Just imagine.

If you exert any force that requires flexing or straining of the muscles , like wankiing ... Pardon me here_ but I'd advise u stop


There , the muscles should die off as soon as Possible, but it might take time. Just have patience, as its a process, you didn't get muscular in a day, so loosing muscular weight will certainly take time.

reduce taking okpa or apku even me way be guy i no get muscle,all my body soft

Stop doing heavy lifting.

Stop resting your weight on your arms

Try eating fatty or protein foods. Reduce your carbs.

Stop stressing your self about it...toned muscles lose their tone with time.

Could be hereditary, just keep wearing d sleeves, stop worrying over stuff like that and hopefully u grow out of it!

Ladies tend to get muscular arm when they lift heavy things occasionally.... Your shoulder might be broad as well, tat's heavy lifting for you




You should stop lifting anything heavy and check Google for things you can take (might be fruits)

It's most likely to be an hormonal issue. In that case, you have to do some hormonal balancing. Please contact me for more info and consultations
